How does inventory syncing work?
We sync your product inventory levels via the Shopify Admin API. Syncs run automatically every few hours, or you can trigger a manual sync from the dashboard.
How accurate are stockout predictions?
Predictions improve over time as we collect more sales velocity data. For new stores, expect 1-2 weeks before predictions become reliable.
What alert channels do you support?
Email alerts are included on all plans. Pro plans add SMS and Slack notifications.
Can I set custom thresholds per product?
Yes! Go to Dashboard → Settings → Alerts to configure per-product or global low stock thresholds.
