1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Inventory Watchdog ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Inventory Watchdog is operated by Greenbelt Ventures ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Inventory Watchdog monitors your Shopify store's inventory levels, predicts stockouts using AI, and sends alerts when products are running low. The App syncs inventory data from your Shopify store and provides dashboards, predictions, and email/SMS notifications.

3. Data Access

The App requires access to your product and inventory data to function. We only read inventory levels, product info, and order data necessary for predictions. We do not modify your store data without explicit action from you.

4. Billing

Inventory Watchdog offers free and paid plans through the Shopify Billing API. Charges are billed through your Shopify account. You may cancel at any time.

5. Predictions & Alerts

AI-based stockout predictions are estimates based on historical data. We do not guarantee prediction accuracy. Always verify critical inventory decisions independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inventory Watchdog is provided "as is". We are not liable for stockouts, missed alerts, or any business losses arising from use of or reliance on the App.
